Bronco Wine Co. today announced that Casey Tedd has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales, effective immediately. Tedd brings more than three decades of experience in the wine and spirits industry having served as Chief Sales Officer overseeing Taub Family Companies.

Bronco Wine Co., a leading force in the U.S. wine industry, announced the acquisition of key assets of Wine Hooligans at auction including several notable brands as well as Wine Hooligans’ and BevZero production facilities in Santa Rosa, California.

Bronco Wine Co., one of the most innovative and sustainable family-owned wine companies over the past 50 years, has named Dominic (Dom) Engels as its Chief Executive Officer. The move signals the company’s commitment to growth and transformation as it positions itself to compete in a rapidly changing wine industry.

In his new role, Michael will also work with his siblings and cousins to create and manage a Family Council and larger Family Assembly to help provide corporate transparency, visibility, and opportunities for the next generation of Franzia children. There are currently 33 third-generation cousins.
