Grapes are hand-picked over five tours to harvest the most matured of “noble rot,” which develops on very ripe grapes in uniquely moist weather conditions. La Fleur Renaissance has a brilliant golden robe, paired with the great sweetness and complex aromas that you expect from Sauternes.
